Call forwarding
TELUS missed-call forwarding.
Forward the calls you don't answer to your Call Welcome number, and your receptionist picks them up. You keep your own number. Your Call Welcome number is in your portal: on the setup page while you set up, then on your Profile page.
Where a step shows [your Call Welcome number], enter its 10 digits, with no spaces or dashes. While you set up, your setup page shows these steps with your number filled in, and can text them to you.
TELUS: mobile
- Dial *61*[your Call Welcome number]#. A message confirms Call Forward No Reply is on.
To turn it off: dial #61#.
Note: If Call Forwarding isn't part of your TELUS plan, forwarded minutes are billed pay-per-use.
Note: TELUS Prepaid accounts can't use Call Forwarding.

While this forwarding is on, the calls you don't answer go to your receptionist instead of your carrier's voicemail. Calls that come in while your phone is off or on another call may still go to voicemail. If you turn the forwarding off later, check that your voicemail answers again: some carriers need you to ask for it back.
TELUS: home phone
Where these steps say “your business line”, they mean this home phone line.
- Call TELUS and ask for Call Forward no answer to your Call Welcome number. TELUS programs in the number your calls forward to.
- Once TELUS has set it up, dial *92 from your business line and listen for 2 beeps to turn it on.
To turn it off: dial *93 and listen for 2 beeps.
Note: To choose how many rings before calls forward, dial *94, wait for the beeps, and enter a number from 2 to 9.
Note: TELUS notes that new accounts can't turn this on and off themselves.
