Call forwarding
Rogers missed-call forwarding.
Forward the calls you don't answer to your Call Welcome number, and your receptionist picks them up. You keep your own number. Your Call Welcome number is in your portal: on the setup page while you set up, then on your Profile page.
Where a step shows [your Call Welcome number], enter its 10 digits, with no spaces or dashes. While you set up, your setup page shows these steps with your number filled in, and can text them to you.
Rogers: mobile
- Dial *61*[your Call Welcome number]# and press Send.
To turn it off: dial ##61# and press Send.
Note: Rogers says this kind of forwarding (when there's no reply) won't work while voicemail is on.

While this forwarding is on, the calls you don't answer go to your receptionist instead of your carrier's voicemail. Calls that come in while your phone is off or on another call may still go to voicemail. If you turn the forwarding off later, check that your voicemail answers again: some carriers need you to ask for it back.
Rogers: home phone
Where these steps say “your business line”, they mean this home phone line.
- Pick up your business line, dial *92, then enter [your Call Welcome number].
- The call rings through to your Call Welcome number and your receptionist answers. Stay on the line at least five seconds, then hang up.
- If it doesn't connect, dial *92 again, re-enter [your Call Welcome number], listen for 2 beeps, and hang up.
To turn it off: dial *93, listen for the confirmation tone, and hang up.
Note: Calls forward when no one answers after 4 rings.
Note: If you subscribe to Rogers voicemail, *92 only turns voicemail on and off: Rogers says to drop voicemail to use this forwarding.
Note: If the Call Welcome number is long distance from your line, dial 1 before it; Rogers bills long distance on forwarded calls that are answered.
